Otaki Motel has consumed one colour ink cartridge in 12 months

Sharing is caring!

I’m very pleased to report that we have not had to change colour cartridges in over a year. This is a result of some sound planning that I undertook regarding printer cartridge consumption in September last year.

A motel does not use too much paper. Nevertheless it does use some, like any office. My guess is that over the last 12 months we’ve gone through about 1200 colour pages. During this time we have not needed to replace the colour print cartridges – not even once.

The regularity of print cartridge replacement has exceeded even my best expectations. So I’m extremely happy with the purchase.

Based on this, I estimate it has saved us over $300 in the last year.

It has saved us not only cost, and reduced a small environmental input, but it has also saved us task time in terms of being one more thing we would need to do.

It might sound like a small deal, but I put some thought into it, and I am very happy to reap the benefits.
